Drainage
Drainage Maintenance Program has begun on the east side of the Municipality and will progress westward. Construction will be undertaken as weather, ground conditions, and funding permit. Excavated dirt will be deposited on the edge of the field, utilizing a width of approximately 50 feet. The Municipality will not provide compensation for any crop loss that may occur. Landowners will be notified of impending projects affecting their land so that cropping decisions can be made.
All site specific requests for drainage improvements must be submitted by December 1st each year to allow for budget consideration and drainage permit approvals.
